Managers assist bands & solo musicians in making sound business and creative decisions, so you as a musician can concentrate on your creative side. We assist you in securing the services of reputable lawyers, publicists, image stylists, and accountants depending on your individual needs.
What do you offer me?
Besides assisting you in making sound business and creative decisions, We help you to secure record deals, ensure that band members attend band practice sessions, and negotiate contracts on behalf of you. We also assist you in the procurement of sponsors and underwriters so that your ability to make music is enhanced. We assist you in securing record deals with major labels.
What about marketing
We help you in developing and executing effective strategies to promote your music and brand image. This includes marketing campaigns, live performance design, PR and advertising you.
What about my bookings?
We Collaborate with booking agents and tour agents to provide you with the best venues to spotlight your musical talents
How much is this going to cost
As a legitimate management company we charge a commission of 15-20% of all gross income you make as an artist. From time to time certain expenses might be billed to you, which you would have approved in advance, these will come out of monies you earn not out of your pocket, so to speak.
What is the difference between a manager and a agent
Agents are like employment agencies, their sole job is to get you gigs, most agents work for large agencies who could represent a great number of artists. So you’ll never get the personal attention you’d get from a manager. Managers tend to manage a specific number of artists and usually try to have only one artist in a specific category, to eliminate competition from within. That allows managers to maximize the amount of attention you get and a more dedicated staff.
